men have no rights at all in divorce. the only rights they have is to pay. end of story. i was a mr mom. took care of my daughter since my daughter was 3 months old. i lost my premarital house, lost everything and nearly died from all the stress and living in my truck for 8 months. i had a massive heart attack over court orders that were ordered in my favor but ignored by my spouses attorney
1…did you know that public welfare forms in california are filed under the woman’s name first. so, if you’re divorced and the man has primary custody of the child(ren) and the man files for public assistance that file is listed under the x-wife’s name. also, did you know that public money is being funneled to the women’s national commission; to the women’s league of voters; and to the national womens law center?
